1. Description:

DRT is a newly developed finishing agent specialize for deepening and brightening treatment of dyed natural or chemical fiber. It significantly increases the effect of deepening and brightening of dark color fabric dyed by dispersive, active or vulcanized black or deep blue dyes.

3. Usages:

Following recommended process is under factory testing and subject to end user’s pretest of sample and exact requirement in actual application.

(1) Dip:

2-6%(O.W.F), Bath ratio 1:10, room temperature, time 15-20 mins. or subject to actual application.

(2)Padding:

20-60g/L, make dry or setting under 150-180℃, time 15-20 mins. or subject to actual application.

4. Features:

(1) Increase effect of deepening and brightening and especially bring excellent effect to deep color as black, blue, navy blue, or bright red.

(2) Provide nice fastness of dye, light or rubbing.

(3) Create outstanding smoothness and softness handle.

(4) High compatibility for different styles of handle by mixed using with other amino silicone oil.

 5. Storage and Packing:

(1) Storage:

Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse.  Shelf life: 6 months after date of manufacture

(2) Packing:

50Kg or 120Kg or 200Kg / Plastic Drum.
