1. Description:

GCY is a water-soluble general-purpose fixing agent made from dicyandiamide HCHO resin initial body.  It is mainly for direct dyes and finishing certain fabric dyed by acid, sulfur or mordant dyes.

3. Features:

(1) GCY is cationic resin initial body and can be used mixing with nonionic, cationic surfactants or cationic resin initial body. Yet not allowed mixing with anionic dye or surfactants.

(2) Enhance washing, soaping fastness for cotton, silk or rayon.

Improve perspiration, light, rub or iron fastness for knitwear.  

Prevent background color seeps into white-discharging area when using direct dyes for discharge printing.

Prevent seepage and stain for warp sizing of yarn-dyed fabric.

Increase fastness from fading for cotton cloth or umbrella cloth.

(3) GCY has no damage on combination of dye and fiber and no influence on fabric original color .It forms a layer of transparent film on the fabric surface to resist air acting on fiber.

4. Usages:

Recommended dilution:  in 2-3 times of water or direct usage under proper reduced volume.

5. Storage and Packing:

(1) Storage:  

Not allowed packing in metal containers. Placing in shady and well ventilated warehouse.  Not exposed to sunlight, freeze or heat.  Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture

(2) Packing:  

50kg or 150kg / Plastic drum
