1. Description:

DR-8115 has new chemical structure of terpolymer block modified organic silicone combined with multiple modified functional groups. It creates softness, fluffiness yet with supper low yellowing for fluffing and softening of chemical fiber or blended fabric. It provides outstanding instant hydrophilicity.

2. Specifications:

Appearance: Light color or to yellow transparent liquid

Solid Content (%): 60%

3. Usages:

DR-8115 is pure oil and must be diluted for usage.

DR-8115: water = 1:8.

Mix 1 part water and 1 part DR-8115 then stir 15 mins. till the mixture becomes even.

Add in remaining 7 parts of water and stir more 15 mins. till the mixture becomes basically transparent. Filtering the mixture for standby application.

(1) Dip:

DR-8115 dilution, 2-5%(O.W.F), 30-50°C,15-30mins.

(2) Padding:

DR-8115 dilution, 20-50g/L

Note:

End user should carry sample testing for best formula in actual operation.

4. Features:

(1) Creates excellent soft and smooth handle for chemical fiber or its blended fabric. The treatment effect

   reaches that of hydrophobic silicone oil.

(2) Instant hydrophilic for chemical fiber and can be used as wicking agent.

(3) DR-8115 is self-emulsifying oil which ensures the stability of its diluent and chemistry to avoid safety issues of pot or roll sticking.

(4) Low yellowing or non-yellowing.

5. Storage and Packing:

Placing in shady and well ventilated warehouse.  Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture.
