1. Description:

DR-4560 is a modified multicomponent amino polysiloxane elastomer suitable for polyester cotton, cotton or their blended fabric. It makes the fabric brightening and high glossiness. It has no APEO to meet latest international standard for export.

2. Specifications:

Appearance:  Milky white viscous liquid

Ionicity:    Nonionic or weak cationic

PH Value:  6.0-6.5

Solid Content (%):  60%

Solubility: Soluble in water at any ratio.

3. Usages:

Mix DR-4560 with 3-5 times of water for dilution. Then filter the mixture with filter screen 100-200 mesh number for usage.

(1) Dip:

DR-4560 dilution: 2-3%(O.W.F), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 30-40°C, time 15-30 mins.

(2) Padding:

DR-4560 dilution：10-30g/L, room temperature, 2-dip-2nip or 1-dip-1-nip.

5. Features.
