1. Description:

PAS is a special high concentration fluffing agent creating fluffy, soft, thick and solid handle for chemical fiber.

2. Specifications:

Appearance:    Semi-milky white viscous liquid

Ionicity:         Nonionic

PH Value :       6-7

Solubility:   Soluble in water or hot water at any ratio.

3. Features:

(1) PAS can be used alone or mixed using with other cationic softeners.

(2) Suitable for chemical fiber as polyester cotton, polyester, nylon or acrylic and their blended or interweave fabric for excellent soft fluffy effect. Especially PAS creates fluffy, thick and solid handle on sweater or jeans-like cloth. It increases super fluffiness and thickness on fleecy fabric or cloth.

4. Usages:

Put PAS at ratio of 10-50% into water or heated water ( 60℃ ) and stir the mixture till completely and evenly for standby application. Sometimes PAS can be dissolving directly for usage.

(1)Dip

2-5%( O.W.F ),Bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃, Time 15-30 mins.

(2) Padding

  10-30g / L, temperature 30-40℃, 1-dip-1-nip or 2-dip-2-nip

5. Storage and Packing:

(1) Storage:   

Sealed storage in shady and well-ventilated warehouse.  Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture.

(2) Packing:   

120kg or 200kg / Plastic drum
