1. Description:

SR is fatty hydroxyl polymer suitable for soften finishing of cotton, linen and their blended fabric to obtain ideal soft handle.

3.Features:

(1) Particularly applicable to knitting, weaving, polyester or cotton fabric soft finishing. An ideal softener agent for natural, synthetic or blended fiber.

(4) Few impact to fabric whiteness and color. Favorable anti-static effect.

(5) Applicable for one bath dyeing with nonionic or cationic softeners.

3. Usages:

(1) Cool dilution

Pour gradually the SR in ratio of 6-10% into water under room temperature while stirring the mixture. After splitting the flake by extra 3-5 mins. stirring, leave aside the mixture for 1-2 hours. Then stir slowly till the mixture becomes even paste-like for standby application.

(2)Warm dilution

Pour gradually the SR in ratio of 5-10% into water under room temperature while stirring the mixture. Keep stir 3-5 mins and heated to 50-60℃. Then stir slowly for 10-15 mins, till the mixture becomes even paste-like for stand by application.

(3)Dip

2-3g / L, room temperature, 2-dip-2-nip or 1-dip-1-nip.

(4)Padding

0.3-0.8% ( O.W.F ), Bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃ , Time 15-30 mins
