1. Description:

DR-3080 is new modified triamido silicone oil special for super softness of slap-up cotton, linen or polyester cotton blended fiber. The effect of softness, smoothness and rebound resilience excels that of traditional silicone oil. It creates super softness and special fluffiness handle.

3. Usages:

DR-3080 must be diluted for usage.

  Normally adding 1 Kg of DR-3080 into 2-5 Kg water and stirring for dilution.

Then filter the mixture with filter screen 100-200 mesh number for usage.

(1) Dip:

DR-3080 dilution: 2-3%(O.W.F), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 30-40°C, time 15-30 mins.

(2) Padding:

DR-3080 dilution：10-15g/L, room temperature, 2-dip-2-nip or 1-dip-1-nip.

5. Features.

(1)DR-3080 emulsification is micro emulsion consists .tiny particle which size is less than 0.02 um. Its outstanding permeability brings fabric effect of excellent inner softness and outer smoothness.

(2)DR-3080 consists of crosslinking active group to form smooth and tight organic silicone molecular film on the fabric surface. It brings outstanding fabric softness and smoothness.

(3)DR-3080 emulsification active ingredient consists of multiple active groups, which combines with fabric to significantly increase its softness and smoothness. Moreover it enhances the fabric elasticity to make fabric very lasting and washable.

Placing in shady and well ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 6 months after date of manufacture
